Shipping policy

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

• All orders are shipped within 4 business days unless otherwise noted on product page. We will contact you in the case there is a shipping delay. 
• All shipping fees are not returnable under any circumstance.
• All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation and/or tracking.  
• Once an order ships from PACKETT PACKERS, tracking is expressly the customer’s responsibility. We are no longer responsible for the status of the package. Once the package leaves our warehouse, it is the carrier’s liability for tracking and delivery time. We recommend contacting the carrier directly for updates or claims related to shipping delays.
• The customer is responsible for all applicable fees, duties and taxes that may apply based on the country's laws and regulations upon delivery. If these charges are not paid and the shipment is returned, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs and any associated fees. If a package is refused at delivery or customer fails to respond to carrier's attempt to contact to collect fees, the customer is still responsible for all return shipping charges including any fees and taxes to return the package to PACKETT PACKERS.
